InvestMitt is a nonprofit membership cooperative built on a simple idea: when neighbors invest together, we can shape the future of our communities together. We pool community investment to preserve and create workforce housing and acquire other assets that strengthen local communities across Emmet and Charlevoix Counties. We are neighbors investing in our neighborhoods and coming together to solve our local challenges.
