Mon–Fri, 3 PM – 11:30 PM
Start by Oct. 15 (earlier start available)
Are you a natural leader who loves coaching, motivating, and building others up? Harbor Shores Cleaning Company is looking for an Evening Field Operations Manager to oversee 15–30 cleaning techs across multiple sites. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach, inspect, support, and keep operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years leadership experience (janitorial, facilities, or operations preferred)
Strong communication & people skills
Tech-savvy (We use lots apps for communication and scheduling)
Reliable transportation & clean background
A coach at heart who isn’t afraid to jump in and help when needed
