Job Title: Office Assistant
Position Summary
The Office Assistant provides administrative and operational support to ensure the office runs efficiently and professionally. This role assists with communication, organization, record keeping, and day-to-day administrative tasks while supporting staff and delivering excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, or calendars
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute billing and invoicing as assigned
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with mail processing (incoming and outgoing)
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Ability to work independently
  • Professional demeanor and reliability

Work Environment
  • Office setting with routine computer and phone use
  • May require standing/sitting for extended periods
  • Occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs)
