Overview

Our Marriott Autograph Collection luxurious hotel is searching for a new Front Desk Associate to serve as the face of our business. We’re looking for a friendly individual who genuinely enjoys being around people and who can manage many tasks at once. The ideal candidate should have previous guest service experience and and enjoys creating memories for those they serve.   If you’ve worked in the hospitality industry before, we definitely want to talk to you. However, we’re willing to train the right applicant provided you have a great attitude and a willingness to try. 

(This hotel is a Marriott Franchise however BOYNE owned and operated and therefore qualifies all team members for benefits and perks from both companies)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this job include assisting hotel guests at check in and check out, providing information to guests, room sales, activity sales, cashiering, preparing reports, and other related front office functions. There will be many different people to meet and work with. The individual in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others, including the company, its management, the team, the company's customers, or all of the above. A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position.

Qualifications

Computer skills necessary. Long periods of standing required. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and be available to work all shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
