Facility Manager
The Petoskey District Library is seeking a dependable, hands-on Facility Manager to help keep our building safe, welcoming, and running smoothly year-round.
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and fix small maintenance issues
- Complete routine inspections and coordinate repairs with contractors
- Use MS Excel to track schedules, budgets, and maintenance logs
- Work independently with strong attention to detail
- Occasionally work an evening or weekend shift
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with basic repairs, solid organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
