Event Description:
How do you set yourself apart from the competition?  You do it with exceptional service!  As summer arrives, and your staff gets ready to go, have them tune-up their service skills with this exciting, hands-on, interactive learning opportunity.
With a curriculum developed through Bill Quesing—Deliver the World’s Best Customer Experience, and Georgia Abbott of Abbott & Associates, Hospitality the Little Traverse Way provides fundamental service training applicable to all businesses.  Segments include:
  • Brilliant Communications
  • The role empathy plays in serving your guests
  • Listening skills
  • Handling Stress on the Job
  • Handling Guests’ Complaints
  • And the Fundamentals of a smile, handshake, and good old-fashioned manners
Empower your staff to be the difference for your customers’ experiences by sending them to this low-cost training session.
The cost is just $25/person and light refreshments will be provided.
The session will also take place on June 6 at the Village of Bay Harbor Conference Center should you wish to send some staff to one session, and the rest of your staff to the other.

Pre-registration is required and should include the names, with correct spelling, of your staff members who will be attending the program.
