Hospitality the Little Traverse Way Training is designed to be a low-cost, comprehensive program to teach front-line staff the fundamentals of exceeding guests' expectations while giving them a greater understanding of the Hospitality the Little Traverse Way Service Culture.
The curriculum was designed by Bill Quiseng of Bill Quiseng / Deliver the World's Best Customer Experience and supported by the partnering agencies of Hospitality the Little Traverse Way.
This training opportunity is for business owners, managers, or front-line staff to teach guest service fundamentals that have been practiced in the Little Traverse Bay region for more than 100-years. Attendees will learn the history of the hospitality culture in our region followed by a three-step process that will inspire them to elevate their service approach to something that is extraordinary...or even priceless! The training is perfect for all businesses and just in time for the upcoming summer season.
The cost is just $20 per person. Pizza buffet will start at 12:30 p.m. with the program concluding at about 3:30 p.m.
Pre-registration is required and should include the names, with correct spelling, of your staff members who will be attending the program. Registration will close Monday, May 21st at 5 p.m.
