Dr. Emily Brown (previously Emily Foster) grew up in Charlevoix, MI. Upon graduating from Charlevoix High School she went on to Albion College to pursue a degree in Biology with a minor in psychology and a concentration in neuroscience.
While at Albion, she knew she wanted to pursue a career in the health care field because she loved helping people. She met and shadowed a chiropractor and she fell in love with the profession. As someone who had suffered from migraine headaches, she found that chiropractic care quickly freed her from the limitations and pain she had been suffering from. Due to her newfound passion, she applied to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA and by October of 2012 she was a chiropractic student.
After graduating with her Doctorate of Chiropractic, Dr. Emily was able to move home to Northern Michigan. She is happy to be back with her family. Dr. Emily also serves on the Foundation Board for NCMC, Thriving Petoskey Committee, and the YMCA Fundraising Committee.
